We encourage all of our employees to get involved and give back to their local community by granting a day’s paid leave per year for volunteer work.
Fundraising at Hanson Wade Group
Each year, our employees select a charity partner. In recent years, we have supported MIND and Alzheimer’s Research UK. In 2023, our charity partner is MS Society. We run several fundraising events during the year including runs, bake sales, and quizzes.
Emily Whitehead Foundation
Every year to coincide with our annual CAR-TCR Summit, we organize a charity run for employees and customers to raise money for the Emily Whitehead Foundation to fund further life-saving and innovative childhood cancer treatments that are more targeted and less toxic, such as CAR-T cell therapy.
